HEALTH PLAN AND SERVICES

BPOMAS offers two benefit options:

1.High Benefit Option

2.Standard Benefit Option

Both Options offer comprehensive health cover including emergency medical evacuation by Med Rescue International Botswana (MRI) and funeral cover for the principal members and their dependants. The difference in these two benefit options lies in the level of cover and contributions. The principal member is liable to pay half (by salary deduction) of the monthly contributions, while the employer pays the other half. Monthly contributions by members are defined by the following:

- Benefit Option (High or Standard)
- Number of dependants per member
- Monthly basic salary
